I was never so happy with the often referred Blog Assessment Processes of the US Air Force or DELL due to a lag of different aspects like legal issues or reactions on positive posts.
I analyzed all common cases in Community Management and tried to enhance the existing processes. You can use the “Community Management Cheat Sheet” as a reminder for your daily work or you can refine it. Please, always consider the Creative Commons 3.0 BY SA for this work.
