AI Automation – Automate Processes with AI
Not the big processes. The many small ones.
Automation sounds like an IT project, a requirements document and a six-month wait. The reality is different: the biggest gains do not come from one large system, but from a hundred small improvements in day-to-day work. Half an hour here, an hour a week there. Over a team of ten and a year, that adds up to a number that will make any CFO take notice.
Participants in my training save an average of 11.5 hours per week, while also improving output quality, increasing satisfaction, and freeing up more time for strategic and creative work.
What this means in practice
A team of 10 people. 11.5 hours saved per week per person (average after my AI training sessions). Hourly rate according to the Federal Statistical Office (service sector): CHF 65/h.
Calculation: 10 × 11.5h × 48 weeks × CHF 65 = CHF 358'800 per year.
The ROI of well-designed AI automation is not an estimate — it is mathematics.
From small to large – the right approach
The most common mistake is waiting for the big system. The team never learns. The solution only covers part of the use cases. And by the time it is finally ready, the technology has already changed twice.
The right approach works from the bottom up:
Off-the-shelf software
With ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or even better Claude, and CHF 30 per person per month, many repetitive tasks can already be automated — without a single line of code, without an IT project.
Small first workflows can be built and linked to initial third-party tools. SEO analysis from Claude, optimise copy and push it straight into the CMS, financial recap from the business tool into Claude?
No theory — this is absolutely possible today. The team gains experience directly in day-to-day work.
No-Code & Low-Code
Existing processes are expanded: more data sources, more tools, deeper automation — with platforms such as Claude Cowork, Claude Code or n8n.
Still without a major IT project.
Custom & On-Premises
Only once the use cases are clear, create value, and the team knows what works does a dedicated solution make sense. But it must rest on a solid foundation: validated processes, a team that understands and adopts the solution, and a scalable architecture.
That is how the team grows into it organically. The solution is fine-tuned live. And in the end, they do not get a system they still have to learn — but one they helped build themselves.

Human in the Loop – always
Automation doesn’t mean handing over the keys. You stay in control. AI handles the grunt work; you handle the strategy.
The hype around Agentic AI is everywhere. But here is the math: even the best models fail. If you chain five agents together, each with a 90% success rate, the final output will be wrong 41% of the time. In business, that’s unacceptable.
Human in the loop is key. We free up your time for what actually matters: strategy, creativity, and real human connection.
