This website is operated in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable. We only collect data that is necessary to run this website and provide our services.
3. Data collected and purposes
3.1 Contact forms (Fillout)
We use the Fillout tool (Fillout Inc., USA) for contact and course enquiries. Entered data (name, email, message) is sent to Fillout, then forwarded to us via Gmail (Google LLC, USA) and processed internally through Claude Cowork (Anthropic PBC, USA). The data is used only to handle the relevant enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.2 MikeGPT – AI-assisted assistant (Claude / Anthropic)
The chatbot “MikeGPT” embedded on this website is based on Claude (Anthropic PBC, USA). Chat inputs are sent to Anthropic to generate responses. Chat histories are anonymised and stored in Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA) to improve the bot. No personal data is stored permanently. Please do not enter sensitive personal data into the chat. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.3 Newsletter (Brevo)
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to send our newsletter. When you sign up, we collect your first name and email address and send them to Brevo. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Analytics and tracking
4.1 Plausible Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia) to analyse website traffic. Plausible is designed with privacy in mind: it sets no cookies, collects no personal data and stores no IP addresses. All data is aggregated and anonymous. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4.2 Ahrefs Analytics
In addition to Plausible, we use Ahrefs Analytics (Ahrefs Pte. Ltd., Singapore) for SEO analysis. Ahrefs Analytics sets no cookies and collects no personal data.

5.1 LinkedIn Insight Tag
The LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) is embedded on this website. It allows targeted advertising on LinkedIn and campaign analysis. LinkedIn uses cookies for this purpose. 5.2 Meta Pixel
