Course content
Module 1: What are Claude Projects, and how do they differ from chats?
Module 2: Organisation: Structure chats, set up projects, name and tag them (including an emoji system)
Module 3: Writing system prompts — structure, tone, context, guardrails
Module 4: Connect knowledge bases to Projects — documents, PDFs, data
Module 5: Create Skills and make them available to the team
Module 6: Ensure text and brand consistency — corporate wording, tone of voice, outputs that comply with brand guidelines
Module 7: Practical examples: automate reporting, content production and client correspondence
Prerequisites
Required: Claude Pro or a Team account. An advantage: the Claude basics course or the connectors course.
