AI Workshop for Executive Leadership and Management

Get leadership on board before the first use cases fail.

Many AI initiatives start in the team and stop at executive level. Not because the executive team is against them, but because there is no shared view. What can AI really do? What does it cost? What are we allowed to do, and what are we not? This half-day workshop gives the leadership team the basis for informed decisions.

What we will cover

  • A realistic view of AI — without hype, without fear

  • Industry-specific use cases and potential

  • Risks, data protection and European alternatives

  • Core guardrails and framework conditions

  • Joint decision: audit, pilot or training?

What is different afterwards

After this half-day, the leadership team has a realistic, shared view of AI — without the hype. It knows the specific potential of AI in its own business and has initial guardrails for deliberate use: clear boundaries that do not restrict innovation, but protect the company. In the first phase, people must be allowed to make small mistakes and learn from them — but without putting the company at fundamental risk.
